Kaya Armagan was born in 1967 and completed his primary, secondary, and high school education in Istanbul, Turkey. He also completed his higher education in Istanbul before moving to Chicago, USA, with his family in 1999. Since 2001, Kaya has been the founder and director of Flash Transportation Group, a limousine and bus company based in Chicago. Flash Transportation is a reputable firm providing luxury transportation solutions with a range of limousines and buses for both local and out-of-town services, known for its commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Kaya Armagan is married and has two sons. Since 2005, he has been an active member of the Turkish American Cultural Alliance (TACA), contributing to Chicago’s Turkish community. Kaya has served in leadership roles within TACA for several years, playing a significant part in cultural events and promoting Turkish heritage.
