Zuhal was born in Kayseri and raised in Istanbul. She graduated from Bilkent University, Department of International Relations in 1995. She worked for JHPIEGO Project in Hacettepe University and International Children’s Center (ICC) at Bilkent University until 2001. She lives in Chicago area for 19 years. She is married and has 2 children which she is thankful for.

This is Zuhal’s first year in TACA Board. She believes that her background in Human Resources and project management will be very beneficial to TACA to achieve its goal to promote Turkish culture.
