Some of you may have heard that we are exploring a new building for the following reasons:

• We want to have a tenant (such as a bank) to generate sustainable income, allowing us to hire someone for daily operations and provide better services.
• We need more space for various activities.
• We aim to reduce building maintenance costs with a new building.
• We want to provide more parking space.
• We have already collected donations, but we need more. Please help us support TACA more effectively and make it stronger.
